Saturday lineup and a visit from Ali and Gretzky

Ali_Brett_Torre_Gretzky.jpgMuhammad Ali and Wayne Gretzky were on hand last night as the Royals hosted the Dodgers at Surprise Stadium. The “Greatest of All Time” and the “Great One” were joined by a pair of MVP third sackers, George Brett and Joe Torre, for this picture. Very cool! Special thanks to former Chiefs kicker Nick Lowery, who helped coordinate Ali’s visit.

Today, the Royals have their second and final extended bus ride of the spring as they play the Diamondbacks in Tucson.
