JACKSON-BO_01Royals fans knew they were watching a once-in-a-generation athlete. Now, ESPN’s Sport Science has weighed in, naming former two-sport superstar and Royals outfielder Bo Jackson the “Greatest Athlete of All Time”.  The Sport Science study looked at many attributes, including speed, power and reaction time. Jackson earned the nod from the Sport Science panel, beating out the legendary Jim Brown.

ESPN will air a “Sport Science Greatest Athlete of All Time” special next Sunday, March 10, at 2:30 CT.

I guess you people have never heard of Jim Thorpe or Jesse Owens

Absolytely, positively agree!

Ever watched Jackson in Right Field? Couldn’t catch a fly ball, but he had a rocket of a throw. The man was a freak of nature, Power like you will never see again.
