Trivia Note: We usually have a Royals-related note…but this note is very rare, so we’ll pass it along. Miguel Cabrera enters tonight with 203 hits, 40 doubles, 44 home runs and 137 RBI. It is just the fourth time in Major League history that a player has reached all of those numbers in the same season. The other three times - Babe Ruth (1921) and Lou Gehrig (twice, 1927 and 1934).
