Royals Game Preview: September 26 at Detroit

KC’s final road trip of 2012 continues tonight in the Motor City.  First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 Central on FOX Sports Kansas City and the Royals Radio Network.

Royals Trivia Fact:  Detroit-area native John Mayberry hit 21 homers against the Tigers, including 13 as a member of the Royals.  He hit two homers and drove in all three KC runs in a 3-2 win on July 21, 1975 at Tiger Stadium.  Mayberry also had two homers and three RBI in a 6-3 win over the Tigers on June 9, 1976.
