Royals Trivia Fact: Eric Hosmer swiped two bases last night, becoming the first KC first baseman to do so since Jeff King on September 14, 1997. According to STATS, Inc., which has records to 1974, Hosmer became the sixth KC first baseman to record two or more steals since ’74. George Brett and John Wathan each posted a three-steal game while playing first base.
