Ned Yost media session: September 2
Before today’s game, Ned Yost met with the media and briefly discussed David Lough’s first Major League appearance in last night’s game. “I enjoyed seeing him get his first Major League hit. I know how hard he has worked to get here. He did a nice job. First big league game, got two hits and played well in the outfield,” said Yost. He followed with, “We are just trying to figure out what options give us the best chance to win and go with that .” Lough finished the game last night batting 2-for-5 with two runs scored. He will once again be the leadoff hitter and rightfielder in today’s game against the Minnesota Twins.
