Young fans experience game through UMPS Care program
Three fans had a unique baseball experience today at Kauffman Stadium. De’za, Ozzie and Kwas received tickets, a baseball goody bag and an on-field visit for photos. This experience is part of UMPS Care, a partnership between the Royals and MLB umpires. UMPS Care offers this opportunity for kids who are either awaiting adoption or in a youth mentoring program. Umpires Jordan Baker, Ted Barrett and Marvin Hudson met with De’za, Ozzie and Kwas today.
