Ballpark Blueprint: Royalty Fields

In this Ballpark Blueprint, we highlight the Royalty Fields program, part of Royals Charities: 

The Royals family wants to pass along our love of baseball to future generations and help give ALL kids the opportunity to get on the field.  That desire led to the creation of the Royalty Fields program back in 2006. 

This ongoing Royals Charities effort strives to improve baseball and softball facilities across the Midwest.  Any independent, 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization or local government unit that operates a youth baseball and/or softball program in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Arkansas or South Dakota can apply for a Royalty Fields matching grant of up to $5,000 for major renovations.
