Homestand Highlights: May 16-22: Keep The K Blue!

The Royals return Monday for a seven-game homestand, highlighted by the return of the I-70 Series.  Great tickets are still available to cheer on the Royals and “Keep The K Blue” as Kansas City takes on the St. Louis Cardinals in a three-game weekend series, May 20-22.

The homestand begins with great matchups against the American League Central-leading Cleveland Indians, May 16-17, and the reigning A.L. Champion Texas Rangers, May 18-19.  The week is highlighted by great ticket deals, a T-Shirt Tuesday giveaway, an INK Student Night and Tourism Day at The K.

The rivalry weekend against the Cardinals features Fireworks Friday after the series opener, live music prior to a special 1:10 p.m. matinee on Saturday, and a Family FunDay Sunday and Sprint Fun Run for Sunday’s series finale.

Thursday, May 19 – Texas Rangers vs. Royals, 7:10 p.m.

I’m planning on coming to the T-shirt Tuesday game (& I was at the away jersey day, too). I was disappointed that I couldn’t exchange my jersey for a double-X, as I could in years past. Will I be able to get a double-X T-shirt?
