Royals, Chiefs to offer two-pack ticket option for September 13 Kansas City doubleheader
The Royals and Chiefs are partnering on a special two-pack ticket and parking package for the Major League Baseball-Monday Night Football doubleheader at the Truman Sports Complex on Monday, September 13. Fans may take advantage of this special offer at www.kc2pack.com or by visiting the Chiefs Ticket Office during regular business hours (Monday- Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
Fans are encouraged to be a part of one of the most eagerly-anticipated single-day sporting events in recent Kansas City history. Jackson County residents can purchase tickets beginning tomorrow, July 8, at 10:00 a.m. at the Chiefs ticket box office window with a personal tax receipt. Tickets will go on sale to the Royals and Chiefs season-tickets holders on July 9 at 10:00 am. The general public will then be able to purchase tickets beginning at 1:00 p.m. on July 9.
Fans can purchase this special two-pack to the MLB-NFL doubleheader on September 13 for as little as $68 per package (one seat for both games). The Royals will offer tickets in the Dugout Plaza, Field Box, Field Plaza and Hy-Vee Reserve Box sections. The Chiefs will have tickets available in the following sections: Lower Level Red Zone, Upper Level Red Select, Upper Level TD Zone and Upper Level Red Reserve.
The action begins at 2:10 p.m. (CDT) when the Royals host the Oakland Athletics at Kauffman Stadium. Fans purchasing the special two-pack discounted parking option for $25 (savings of $7) will be able to remain parked and begin tailgating in preparation for the grand opening of the New Arrowhead. The evening will conclude when the Chiefs face the San Diego Chargers at 9:15 p.m. (CDT) as Monday Night Football makes its long-awaited return to Kansas City.
