On Tuesday, Royals Vice President of Community Affairs & Publicity Toby Cook and his wife, Barbara, welcomed a baby boy – Andrew Ryan Cook – to their family!
Congrats on the newest addition, Cook family – we’ll look forward to seeing little Andrew in Powder Blue this season!
