Royals Found in Florida
Aaron Solomon might live in Florida now, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t rooting for or talking about his Royals.
The Kansas City native, who had Royals season tickets growing up, is coaching a youth baseball team in Wellington, Fla., this fall. The team, which is made up of 7- and 8-year olds, is named the Royals. The Major League naming is part of Coach Aaron’s way of not only teaching the kids the fundamentals of the game, but also the history of the sport – specifically the Kansas City Royals!
